Each Run with Appropriate “Awesome in the ’80s” Soundtracks!

That's Right, Gen-Xers!!! We Survived Reagan, "Where's the Beef?!" Wine Coolers, Shoulder Pads, Big Hair, some of the Worst Seasons of Saturday Night Live Imaginable, and the Burning BETRAYAL of Andie not Going with Duckie, and We Can Survive THIS Bullshit era too... So Long as We Stay in Shape for it!

Mike is available to train individuals and groups of two. Coaching sessions can be arranged to focus on a particular skill, or sets of skills. And Mike can lead Workshops specifically geared toward techniques to mitigate the long-term effects of sitting at a desk too long, and/or the application of exercise and fitness to maintain mental acuity.

 

Mike is a fully certified personal trainer (and Former "Left of the Dial" College Radio DJ) with specialization in Strengthening Bodies of "The Breakfast Club" Vintage. Mike's training space is in a safe, private, welcoming location free of "icky gym vibes" and shitty music, convenient to drive to and to public transportation between Porter Square and Davis Square, within easy reach of Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, and Medford. Virtual training sessions via Zoom are also available. Guys, Gals, and Non-Binary Pals of all genders and body types are welcome!

      $75/hour for individual training, in person at Mike's space in

      Somerville, or remotely via Zoom

      $135/hour for groups of two

      Package rates, 10 sessions for $650.00

      Workshops for groups of up to 10 start at $700, and are           

      negotiable from there, depending on location and

      specialization of subject matter.

      Coaching sessions for the development of targeted

      objectives and cultivation of specific skills begin at Mike's

      base rate of $75.00/hour, and can be negotiated from there,

      depending on specialization of subject matter.
